We're Hiring!

We are seeking independent LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT clinicians* to contract with us as 1099 providers. 

We currently serve several populations and are looking for clinicians who can take on our overflow referrals. However, we are also open to clinicians who can broaden our client base.

Our primary referrals are currently for clients who are:

-older adults

-recovering from strokes or traumatic brain injuries

-living with chronic illness or lifelong disabilities

-caregivers to spouses or other loved ones

- children and adolescents 

- neurodivergent adults, adolescents, and children

-members of the LGBTQ+ community

At this time we are prioritizing clinicians who are able to see clients in person at our Crystal Lake office, however some sessions may occur via Telehealth as needed. 

Daytime availability is great for working with our older adults and those who are not in traditional jobs, while evening and weekend availability is often preferred by many of our other clients. You can make your own schedule.

No minimum case load. You can see as few as 1 or 2 clients a week or as many as your schedule and our referrals allow.

*At this time, TruHope Therapy is not able to hire provisionally licensed clinicians (LSW, LPC, etc). All providers must be fully licensed and able to bill insurance independently as a contracted 1099  provider. In the future, as we grow, our goal is to be able to take on W-2 employees with full benefits and supervision opportunities. We will update this site when we reach that phase (09/2025)
