
Constance White is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. Constance earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2009 from Bethune-Cookman University, Daytona Beach, Florida and her Master of Arts in Clinical Professional Psychology in 2014 from Roosevelt University, Schaumburg, Illinois.
Constance has experience and training in assisting children, parents and teachers in behavioral modification strategies through community based counseling and crisis intervention. With over 13 years of experience in healthcare settings, Megan has honed her skills in supporting older adults and caregivers through life transitions and challenges. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of caregiving while finding moments of joy and connection along the way.

Norma Figueroa provides compassionate, personalized support for teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, difficult life experiences, and major transitions. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
With more than 15 years of experience in the social services field, Norma has worked in community settings, nursing homes, assisted living communities, hospitals, clinics, and telehealth. Her broad experience allows her to support clients facing a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
Norma works with clients whose current or past experiences may be affecting their emotional well-being, relationships, or daily life. Her approach is collaborative and empowering, helping clients identify concerns, recognize strengths, and develop a practical plan for moving forward.
She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and gain greater clarity and balance. Norma offers telehealth therapy with flexible scheduling, including most evenings and weekends, and strives to accommodate urgent or last-minute needs whenever possible.

Linda Hadlock is a compassionate professional who excels at working collaboratively with clients to develop their unique care plan. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She has experience working with individuals coping with chronic illnesses in outpatient clinicals and hospital settings.
A Certified Financial Social Worker, she understands how financial stress can impact individuals and couples and can assist clients with changing their relationship and behaviors related to their money. Change is hard, but Linda is committed to supporting clients who are ready to take positive action in their lives to reduce financial stress.
Linda also facilitates our Therapeutically Applied Role-Playing Game groups and social skills groups for adolescents and adults. She is an LGBTQIA+ ally with 30+ years of experience with Tabletop Role-Playing Games and has a fun, positive, and strengths-based approach to therapy and works to create an inclusive space for all.
